    Match Play. 2-2 to 7. How should Red play 42?

    This is not the time for the overly cautious 8/4, 3/1. Red must take his chance and play 8/2*. The play creates gammons for both sides but is Red’s best chance to win the game (giving him just over 37%).

    8/4, 3/1 is a bad error.
